The primary trade union organization of workers of the Belarusian National Technical University (PPO of BNTU workers) is the organizational structure of the Belarusian Trade Union of Education and Science Workers (BelPRON) with the right of a legal entity. The supreme body of the PPO is the conference, which meets at least once every five years. Between conferences, the activities of the PPO are managed by a trade union committee elected at the conference. The trade union committee of BNTU workers ensures the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of trade union members.
