List of the Required Documents for Dormitory Accommodation:
1 Passport
2 Registration certificates for both parents and the student
3 Income certificates for the past 12 months, including salary statements for both parents, alimony, allowances, pensions, etc.
4 Employment record book of the unemployed parent (certificate from the employment office confirming registration as unemployed)
5 Parents' pension certificates
Documents required upon specific circumstances:
1 Disability certificate (childhood disability, group I or II disability), or a parent's group I or II disability certificate
2 Documents from a residential institution for children with disabilities
3 Large family certificate
4 Guardianship documents
5 Parent's death certificate
6 Certificate of being affected by the Chernobyl disaster under articles 18-23 for the student (non-family until 23 years old) or parent under articles 18-23
7 Divorce certificate (court decision) of the parents
8 Certificate from the registry office regarding single motherhood status
9 Certificate of higher education enrollment for the second child
10 Certificate of inclusion in the gifted (talented) youth database
11 Documents confirming discharge from the dormitory due to conscription into the Armed Forces of Belarus and continuation of studies at BNTU after service
12 Documents confirming participation in scientific, social, and cultural activities at the faculty or university
13 Documents confirming prize-winning positions in national, European, world championships, Olympic Games, and membership in national teams of Belarus
