We are living at a turning point. The bonds that hold society and the world together are being broken, but at the same time new opportunities for renewal and restoration are opening up. We have a real chance to direct changes in the right direction. It is necessary to shift the emphasis: stop being afraid and concentrate on jointly creating a bright and inspiring future. How will the demand for competencies change in various sectors of the economy and what new requirements will this pose for vocational education?

2. Top in-demand IT professions 2024: trends and wages

IT professions provide a lot of advantages that make them attractive to young people, for example: the possibility of remote work, demand in the labor market, training and development, high salaries, work with innovative projects, career growth.

3. Modern programming languages ​​and their application in real projects

The modern world has a huge number of programming languages ​​(currently there are about 10,000). Many programming languages ​​are used to write desktop and web applications. Some languages ​​are very convenient for writing games and mobile programs. Something suitable for creating software in medical institutions. Some languages ​​like Pascal or Python are taught in universities. There are programming languages ​​that are used by a limited number of people, such as the most wanted hackers.

Let's consider the basic principles of computer networks, their types, advantages and examples of application in various fields. We will discuss the main problems and risks associated with the use of computer networks and the security measures that can be taken. Let's “predict” the future of computer networks and consider their possible development.

Junior school program for economists:

1. “The Entertaining World of Money”

How did they appear? What was their path from the clay tablets of Sumer to cryptocurrency? How is money similar to the fairy from the tales of Peter Pan? About the ups and downs of money, how it works, what laws they live by, where they come from, and why the prosperity of the economy is not in the amount of money.

2. “Resources for self-study of English”

Learning English is a key skill in global education and careers. This topic is designed to provide participants with information about a variety of resources that will make it easier for them to learn English on their own. During the session, participants will receive guidance on selecting appropriate resources based on their language proficiency level, learning goals, and learning method preferences.

3. Quiz “My legal knowledge. Do I know the laws well?

Goals and objectives of the quiz:

- improving the legal culture of students;

- encouraging students to independently acquire legal knowledge;

- promoting the education of a socially active personality.

Progress of the quiz. Dividing students into subgroups. Several stages.

  • Warm-up (questions and answers).

REGULATIONS on holding the Mathematics Olympiad at the Belarusian National Technical University
The Mathematics Olympiad at BNTU in 2024 is held on the basis of the “Higher Mathematics” department of the Faculty of Information Technologies and Robotics on the basis of the order of the BNTU Rector to hold the Mathematics Olympiad. The general management of the organization and conduct of the Olympiad is carried out by the head of the Department of Higher Mathematics.
