Lyceum students


The administration of the Lyceum BNTU draws your attention to the fact that students of grades 10-11 must adhere to the business style of clothing (clause 50 of the State School Standard, approved by the Resolution of the Collegium of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus on May 10, 2022 No. 4.11).

Business style of clothing  is a strict, seasoned style of clothing designed for students to attend classes in educational institutions. A set of business style clothing should be multifunctional, hygienic, comfortable and in line with modern fashion trends. Shoes should also match the business attire.

Business style of clothing for lyceum students includes:

for boys -

  1. Business suit dark gray - black;
  2. Pants, jumper, vest dark gray - black;
  3. Plain shirt in light colors;

for girls -

  1. Business suit dark gray - black;
  2. Skirt, dress, sundress, trousers, jumper, vest in dark gray-black;
  3. Blouse, shirt plain light colors. 

As an "emblem" students of the lyceum use a badge with the logo of the lyceum.


When attending classes, students are not allowed to:

  • sportswear and footwear intended for physical culture and sports;
  • things with bright, defiant drawings;
  • dirty, wrinkled (unkempt) and other clothes not intended for visiting an educational institution;
  • outerwear and hats;
  • an abundance of jewelry, the presence of piercings, bright extravagant makeup and hair color, festive hairstyles and accessories that reflect the symbols of musical groups and various areas of youth subculture and sports clubs.

Destructive behavior

The destructive type of behavior is a deviation from the generally accepted norms of behavior and morality and is destructive in nature. Destruction affects all spheres of human life: health, relationships with friends, socialization, etc. The destructive model is typical for 89% of people on the planet and manifests itself in difficult, turning points in life. But most often, such a disorder is typical for adolescents who, due to their transitional age and a number of other reasons, are amenable to such behavior.

Extremism  (from French exremisme, from Latin) is “an extremely dangerous phenomenon in the life of any society. It poses a threat to the foundations of the constitutional order, the territorial integrity of the Republic of Belarus, the creation of illegal armed formations, the implementation of terrorist activities, the incitement of racial, national or religious hatred or discord, leads to a violation of the constitutional rights and freedoms of man and citizen.

Extremist are actions associated with the desire to destroy, discredit the currently existing public and state institutions, rights, traditions, values. At the same time, such actions may be of a violent nature, contain direct or indirect calls for violence.

To date, youth extremism is expressed in disregard for the rules of conduct in force in society, the law as a whole, the emergence of informal youth associations of an illegal nature. Extremists are intolerant of those citizens who belong to other social groups, ethnic groups and adhere to other political, legal, economic, moral, aesthetic and religious ideas. The development of youth extremism is evidence of insufficient social adaptation of young people, the development of asocial attitudes of their consciousness, causing illegal patterns of their behavior.

Young people, due to their sharp perception of the environment, are the part of society that is most susceptible to extremist manifestations, and is the most accessible for the promotion of radical ideas.

The legal basis for countering extremism is  the Constitution of the  Republic of Belarus, the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On Counteracting Extremism” (hereinafter referred to as the Law), other legislative acts, as well as international treaties of the Republic of Belarus (Part 1, Article 2 of the Law).

In accordance with the legislation on the territory of the Republic of Belarus, the production and (or) distribution, as well as storage for the purpose of distribution of extremist materials, is prohibited.

The production, distribution and (or) storage of extremist materials is an offense and entails administrative liability under Article 17.11 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Administrative Offenses (hereinafter referred to as the Code of Administrative Offenses).

Illegal production and (or) distribution of methods or other materials on the methods of manufacturing explosive devices and explosives is also an offense (Article 17.14 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

The legislation provides for criminal liability under Article 294 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (Theft of firearms, ammunition or explosives), Article 295 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (Illegal actions in relation to firearms, ammunition and explosives).

Factors of extremism in the adolescent and youth environment (psychological aspect)

Among the group socio-psychological factors, the following can be distinguished:

  • attitudes, prejudices of parents;
  • views, beliefs of the reference group (including the peer group);
  • the influence of authoritative persons in the conditions of the reference group, etc.
  • stress as a result of social modernization and processes of integration/disintegration in society;

The above factors operate along with personal factors, among which are:

  • representations, attitudes of adolescents;
  • individual psychological characteristics (increased suggestibility, aggressiveness, individual characteristics of reactivity and the course of mental processes);
  • emotional features (a state of mental stress).

Terrorism is purposeful, pre-planned violent criminal acts or the threat of their use in order to achieve certain goals, generating fear and horror in society, people's uncertainty about their safety and the safety of loved ones.

Terrorism, like any kind of activity, includes those who act (subjects of terror), and what their actions are aimed at (objects of terror). In addition, quite often the crowd or random people become the third element of terrorist actions.

Individuals, groups of persons, organizations and states can be the subjects of terrorist acts.

The objects of terrorism are very numerous. They can be people, organizations, institutions, phenomena that have some value. Depending on their role in the plans of terrorists, they can be divided into two groups: the first group is for the final action (victims), and the second group is for subsequent action (hostages). Objects of the first group, as a rule, serve to intimidate society and are subject to destruction and destruction, the second - for further blackmail. They are a reliable tool for influencing the final object, as a rule, a state institution or a powerful person, from whom the terrorists expect to fulfill their demands. Depending on their performance or non-compliance, hostages often become victims.

The legal basis for the fight against terrorism is the Constitution of the Republic of Belarus, the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus, the Law “On Combating Terrorism of the Republic of Belarus”, other legislative acts of the Republic of Belarus, international treaties of the Republic of Belarus.

Lyceum students have all the necessary conditions for successful study, recreation, realization of creative abilities, communication with peers and teachers. Successfully and fruitfully in the lyceum, the Lyceum Council, the scientific society of students "Clever and clever", the primary organization of the NGO Belarusian Republican Youth Union.

The Council of Lyceum Students is a voluntary organization that ensures the participation of lyceum students in solving the problems facing the lyceum, their preparation for independent activity. The main task of the Council is to create the most favorable conditions for the comprehensive development of students' abilities, their intellectual, moral and physical qualities. The work of the Council is based on the principle of mutual activity of lyceum students and members of the teaching staff on the basis of cooperation and respect, where authoritarianism on the part of teachers is unacceptable. The Council has independence in organizing its activities, choosing the forms and methods of work, structure, if this does not contradict the Charter of the Lyceum and the mode of its work.

The Scientific Society of Students "Clever and Clever" is a voluntary creative association of students seeking to improve their knowledge in a particular field of science, academic subject, develop their intellect, acquire the skills and abilities of research activities under the guidance of scientists, teachers, and other specialists. The Society carries out its activities through its members. The scientific society works according to a plan developed on the basis of the annual plan of the lyceum, methodological associations of teachers and work plans of higher educational bodies, carries out its activities in cooperation with the departments of BNTU and other universities, research institutes. The competence of the scientific society of students is the requests of lyceum students to conduct experimental,

The goals of creating a scientific society are:

  • identification and support of gifted students;
  • development of their intellectual and creative abilities;
  • support for research activities of students.


The primary organization of the public association "Belarusian Republican Youth Union" (hereinafter referred to as PA "Belarusian Republican Youth Union") of the lyceum operates in accordance with the Charter of the public association "Belarusian Republican Youth Union". The goal of the NGO "Belarusian Republican Youth Union" is to create conditions for the comprehensive development of young people, to reveal their creative potential, to promote the development of a civil society in the Republic of Belarus based on the patriotic, spiritual and moral values ​​of the Belarusian people. The main tasks of the PA "Belarusian Republican Youth Union" of the lyceum are:


  • assistance in the development in the prescribed manner of legal and socio-economic guarantees of the rights of young people, equalizing their opportunities with other social groups;
  • support for initiatives aimed at the intellectual, spiritual, physical development of young people;
  • participation in the prescribed manner in the development of youth programs;
  • the education of the members of the NGO "Belarusian Republican Youth Union" of the lyceum of patriotism as the most important spiritual and social value.
