The authors confirm that their publication does not violate any of the existing copyrights and guarantee the publisher compensation for losses in case of detection of such violations. The procedure for accepting articles

The article is provided in electronic form (text editor Microsoft Word 2010 and higher) without handwritten inserts.

The volume of a scientific article considered as a publication on the topic of the dissertation should be at least 0.35 of the author's sheet (14,000 printed characters, including spaces between words, punctuation marks, numbers, etc.). It is desirable that the volume of the article does not exceed 15 A4 pages, including links to sources cited in the publication. A scientific and technical or review and analytical article that has not been previously published by the author (authors) is accepted for publication, corresponding to the main directions of the collection of scientific articles "Transport and transport systems". The article must be signed by all authors. In one issue of the collection, the author (authors) can publish no more than one article.

Before an article is submitted to the editor for review, authors must obtain permission to use any content created by others. Violation of this condition may result in long delays in publication.

Authors should be prepared to provide written permission to use such content at the request of the editors.

Articles are published as they become available.

The collection does not accept or publish articles of a political, religious or pseudoscientific nature.

Review procedure

All materials published in the collection go through a "two-sided blind" (anonymous - the reviewer and the author do not know each other's names) review, which provides for the presence of two independent reviewers. The review procedure is determined by the editorial board and is not discussed with the authors. In case of rejection of the article, the author receives a reasoned refusal.

Within two weeks (after the registration of the received article, its evaluation for compliance with the requirements for the content and design of scientific articles), the responsible representative of the editorial board, in agreement with the editor-in-chief, sends it for review (peer review).

The reviewers are profile specialists with a Ph.D. or Doctor of Science degree and who have publications on this topic over the past 3 years. The reviewer reviews the scientific article (scientific material) within 14 days, prepares an expert opinion in the prescribed form and submits it to the editors. The review contains the reviewer's position on the content, presentation and other indicators of the article (material).

Not later than 7 days from the date of receipt of the expert opinion, the responsible representative of the editorial board informs the author of the article either information about the possibility of publishing the article, indicating the timing of its publication, or the reviewer's conclusion containing comments and suggestions for improving the scientific material, or a reasoned refusal to publish. Information is communicated to the author by his e-mail address.

The scientific article that has been re-edited according to the reviewer's comments can be evaluated by the responsible representative of the editorial board for the elimination of the comments indicated in the expert opinion. In the event that the reviewer's comments have not been eliminated or not eliminated in full, the article is sent for re-reviewing in the manner established for the originally received article.

The editors of the collection keep reviews for 5 years.
