Today, on March 14, the closing ceremony and the awarding ceremony of the winners and prize-winners of the XIV Republican Contest of scientific and technical creativity of students "TechnoIntelligence" took place in the assembly hall of the main building of the Belarusian National Technical University. The competition brought together more than 160 young inventors who presented their innovative projects.
For reference: “TechnoIntelligence” is a launching pad for the creation of innovative youth projects and author's programs within the framework of a single sphere of the educational and scientific–technological space of the country, it is an opportunity to realize scientific and cognitive interests, lay the foundation for their future studies at a higher educational institution and work in the field of interest.
The closing ceremony was attended by Timur Matyushinets, Vice-Rector for Ideological and Educational Work, Natalia Afanasyeva, Director of the Institute of Integrated Forms of Education and Monitoring of Education, Natalia Sadovskaya, Deputy Director of Integrated Forms of Education and Monitoring of Education, Professor of the Department of Engineering Technology, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Oleg Devoino, Natalia Paduto, Head of the Department for sales of services and project implementation to legal entities of Beltelecom, Evgenia Grinkevich, a leading marketing specialist at Beltelecom, Victoria Martsinkevich and Valeria Butskevich, “Peleng” specialists, as well as students from schools, gymnasiums and lyceums in Belarus.
The competition provides an excellent opportunity to show creativity, develop scientific interests and take a step towards a future profession. These days were very busy for the guys. This year, 12 sections were organized in which participants demonstrated their talents. In addition, guided tours of the university's academic buildings and laboratories were organized for them.
