In 2004, Timur Vladimirovich graduated with honors from the Belarusian National Technical University. In 2009 he defended his PhD thesis in the field of foundry production. In 2015, he was awarded the academic title of associate professor.

For seven years he was a member of the selection committee of the Belarusian National Technical University.
